Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Beta Reduction L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Omnilap", "we", "us"). They apply to the Omnilap desktop app, Omnilap accounts and our websites (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use Omnilap

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use Omnilap on behalf of a team or an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Give accurate details when you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

A service in beta

Omnilap is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. The desktop app keeps its data on your computer, and you are responsible for backing up anything you cannot afford to lose. The service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their terms before anyone is charged.

Your data

Your telemetry, laps, setups and other files remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to break the law or anyone else's rights;
• access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorised to access, or test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission;
• disrupt the service or place an unreasonable load on it, including by automated means;
• use the service to gain an advantage that the rules of iRacing or of a competition you take part in do not allow;
• resell the service, or copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer its software;
• scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content or data from the service by automated means, including to train artificial intelligence models, other than through features we provide for that purpose. Search engines may index our public websites, and AI assistants may read their pages to answer a person's question, but neither may use them for training. This does not limit how you use your own data.

Nothing in these terms or in notices attached to the service restricts anything the law allows you to do regardless of them, such as making a backup copy, observing, studying or testing how the software works, decompiling it where needed to make another program work with it, or text and data mining for scientific research.

iRacing and other services

Omnilap is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC, and iRacing is a trademark of its owner. Your use of iRacing, and of any service you sign in with, is governed by that service's own terms, and you are responsible for following them.

Our software and content

We and our licensors own the service, including its software, design and name. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything. Third-party components included in the service are governed by their own licences, which apply to those components in place of these terms where they differ.

Text and data mining

Except as allowed above, we reserve our rights in the service and its content against text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Our robots.txt files and tdm-reservation headers state this reservation in machine-readable form.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Omnilap at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we may stop offering the service. Where it is reasonable to do so we will give you notice first. Files the desktop app has stored on your computer stay there.

No warranty

As far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the figures it shows are accurate. It is a tool for studying your driving, not a source to rely on where accuracy is critical.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or lost profits, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top, and for a significant change we will tell account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in its courts where those laws give you one.
